Handpan Vibrational Journeys — An Afternoon with Mar Loi

Join us for an intimate afternoon featuring internationally renowned handpan musician Mar Loi, who left an earlier career as a childhood facilitator in 2017 to devote herself fully to the instrument. Born in the Canary Islands and now based in Girona, Spain, she is one of the handpan world’s most distinctive voices — her music moving between sensitivity, precision, and rhythm, playing entirely unamplified: warm overtones, long silences, and a resonance you feel as much as hear.

The afternoon opens with performances by Sarah Paz Hyde and Yogesh Rajkotia, before Mar Loi’s set. The gathering closes with a Q&A and a chance to try the handpan yourself.
